Honda Motor Junkyard Yardman W/ 5.5hp Honda Motor Only Runs With The Choke On?

Yardman w/ 5.5hp Honda motor only runs with the choke on? - honda motor junkyard

I have a push mower gardener with a 5.5 hp Honda engine, which has a self-starter. I tried everything I can think of, but I can not throw to run when the auto-choke is turned off. I cleaned the CARB 3 times and replaced the plugs, fuel, and filtered. Clean all the gas lines and now I'm just ideas what to do next to ...

Suggestions?

This can be a problem with the fuel-air ratio. It seems that to penetrate your air.

Amazing the responses you see here.
After the gas "on" is done mainly to the inability to obtain carbohydrate intake, and sucking the gas into the fuel tank.
You mentioned cleaning the carburetor. Suppose you remove ROM machine and clean the air-mail?
There is usually a vertical pipe, which is based on the fuel tank. A very careful in the side of the tube in a tiny size (about the start of more than 10 fonts) points / hole in the side of the tube. There is often overlap, especially if the mower with gas in the last year, a needle to pop open when closing the hole. The hole in the side of the main photo-up tube allows suction to remove the fuel from carbohydrates.
Management is to float the needle and free?
You can clean it with the MIB-carburetor engine are carried out.

Eric

Check fuel flow to the carburetor. If it is flowing freely needed to clean the carburetor. It must be removed, dismantled and soaked in a good cleaner, blown with compressed air and controlled to ensure that the jets and passages are clear. Replace it with a conversion kit.
